You see a lot of cops on side the road with their radar gun but no one being pulled over too. Until you get to Virginia... and they like roaches.

You've obviously never driven on I90 west of Minesota, speed limit is 75mph and at 90mph go get blown by. I had a cop pass me when I was doing about 90mph.

I95 sucks because of congestion, when it gets filled up it stops.
