Honda wins Hungarion Grand Prix
it was def. a retirement, they pulled the car into the garage and didn't come back out. Where do you think Kimi is going next season?
remember this: BMW is NOT a factory team here. besides Toyota and honda, there are no major factory teams. Ferrari is a manufacturer, yes. but, it is by no means a volume type of manufacturer. and Renault...are they not partially (at least) by nissan??? point is, if this is going to become a japanese manufacturer rat race, then all of the major players are in place.
as for the race...the stewards did not wave that blue flag. remember, schu was in the lead, not trying to pass. in order to be a world champion, i would say that that one would have to have a type "A" personality. no, they don't have to be an absolute asshat, but...
as for the FIA, people are starting to realize that max mosely seems to make-up rules as he goes along. that just sucks. he seems to be systematically taking-down F1. shit, what is wrong with having a company that will spend unlimited money? money makes the world go round, right? F1 has always been about money and women and fast cars. hell, it's a young boy's/man's wet dream! yes, i agree that it can be seen as just 'buying a win', but in this case, can you imagine the technology that will come from F1 knowing that so much in our daily driven cars comes from technology from racing?

i'm just excited that Honda's IRL program won't be getting all of the open wheel racing attention anymore.
a link to its F1 team isn't even on the honda's homepage. blasphemy!

ferrari is the talk I have heard so far, and I would love for that to happen so that Kimi can finally get into a car that is reliable. He has more dumb shit happen with his car then anyone out there. I swear I think that mclaren in a jinx for him. He is an amazing driver and I would love to see him at a very reliable team. also chris and I could root for the same team finally....
I've seen Kimi pull off some amazing stuff, he's very talented and good under pressure when he needs to deliver. Although, Massa has done a good job of playing the #2 spot for Schumacher at ferrari.
speaking of jinxed drivers though, I think we can agree that mark webber is worst off. what is it now? eight or nine races due to some failure or another, some with only a handful of laps to go. The worst was stopping before the finish line about two months ago or so because his engine blew up and if he limped across the line the team wouldn't be able to race the next week.
