Help naming rims

Default Help naming rims
The other day i was in herndon and saw a grey evo with these beautifull chrome wheels with like a rainbow lip. I always thought that was called anodized but I've searched and searched and cant find anything. Any help or ideas?

If you saw this in Herndon, they were rattle can rainbow painted.

But yeah, they are titanium lips.

you can get the same ones off ebay with that same kinda lip for cheap.
