I know that I am prolly about two years behind the times but a friend gave me Gran Turismo 3. its kinda dumb because you dont get enough money to start out with and the cars are too damn expensive. what is the best car to start out with.

well you only start out with 18000 and even civics are out of the price range. its either a PT cruiser, Trueno, or a miata. fun. I like th original GT and GT2 for the wide variety of used cars taht are rather cheap

miata requires more skill to get it to keep speed.
