Getting a dynotune tomorrow... more power =)
I'm finally getting around to having the car dyno-tuned with LS1-edit. Going to Carolina Auto Masters to have Jeff Creech do his magic. I know some of you on here don't like CAM so don't bother posting in my thread. He has tuned many of my vette-buddies' cars with great results so I'm going there.
Power mods:
-Vortex Rammer Cold Air Intke
-Removed factory MAF screen (not on '02-'04 Z06 models)
-Wide air bridge w/ smooth coupler (connects air filter/MAF w/ throttle body)
-Kooks 1 3/4" long tube headers with cats
-Borla Stinger catback (more for sound)
Other mods affecting rwhp power:
-Fidanza aluminum flywheel
Previous dyno dumbers were 371/374 rwhp/rwtq w/o tuning and w/ the stock air bridge and factory MAF screen in, also w/o the new clutch/flywheel. At VaSpeed it put down 368/370 on a different dyno/different day.
We'll see what she makes, but I'm guessing 10+ with the tuning and maybe 10 w/ the flyweel so somewhere close to 390 rwhp. However I'm tuning it for complete safety for road course duty, not every last horse available. Will update tomorrow evening with results.

yea, I've had my headers for almost 2 years as well, and no tune for me. Hopefully I can get Jeff down here sometime, but it is cheaper if you go to him, as you well know.

make sure you inform the man at the laptop. Its a very different tune for road racing vs drag or street. less timing and lower a/f to keep the pistons cool.
i once read an article on how factory ecu's in performance vehicles had a time based fuel map, if full throttle for more than a preset time limit additional fuel was added.
