He is an aftermarket tuner that specializes in tuning vipers. Ever hear of the venom vipers.. 500-1000TT.

either way, that is some fucked up stuff, especially by someone who gets mainstream media attention.

apparently this has been going on for a while now.

even though hennessey is the only factory-authorized engine builder allowed to go into that dodge v-10. dealerships won't even open those things up.

but he's a jackass.

 

Alot of what I read said that the xxx or 1xxxhp kits were sometimes up to a few hundred HP off. I remember seeing on RX7club that one Viper owner had the 1000hp kit put on his car and it only dynoed somewhere in the low-mid 700's. It also took im around a year and a half to get the car done.
That's just ONE example...
