i got a rockford P2002 amp. and a 12in rockford punch stage 1 sub in my trunk.. i got bass boost on my amp and on my dash unit.. if i turn the bass boost down on the amp and the bass boost up on the head unit i cant hear the bass that well from the trunk.. if i turn the bass boost up on the amp and leave the boost up on the head unit my front speakers pop really loud when the bass hits.. they are 4 inch JVC speakers.. whats up with this shit? i have a cheapo cd player that i got from best buy.. i think its 50Wx4.. not sure.. if i replace my cd player with a better brand will this help out any?
