Default Ford Probe guys

Just trying to gather up some info on the 93 and up Probe GTs. From what i know they are pretty dependable cars, my brother had a 95gt that lasted forever, and ive heard from diffrent ppl that the aftermarket for these things is next to nill. Im not looking for a 11sec car, just something that is decently fast, looks good, and is comfortable enough for a daily driver. So give me some imput i know there are several of you probe guys on the board so drop the info. Also, just for shits and giggles, anyone know what the fastest probe is? Im sure whoever it is has some kind of webpage or pics i could use for insperation. Thxs

It appears to me that you're missing 2 cylinders also.

i have a probeGT. it was a big step down from my SR powered 240sx but its pimpable. decently quick stock (5spd) and provided your VRIS works you should be happy till you can mod. there are alotta diff companies that have stuff out for the probe you just have to look.

I used to have a 94 GT. I say if you get one change the water pump and timing belt before you drive it.

I did that and had no problems for the 2 years (20Kish miles) I had it for.

Well maybe if he wasted money on a 4 cylinder probe, but I figured he was talking about a GT which is a DOHC 24 Valve V6.
