What an ugly looking crank.

fuckin counterweights on it are bigger then a BB Chevy one!

for a second i thought it may have been an engine out of an Odyssey (ATV they had in the 80's, was a dune buggy) but it was a real small, 1500 i think...
ebay is for suckers....

.. so what IS the largest displacement available in a mass produced 4 cylinder? I was thinking about it the other day.. I know Tacoma's have like 2.8's? I couldn't think of anything larger..
then again, I'm real dumb.

I'm hoping that's the crank billet before balancing and edging. Those are awfully blocky counterweights, they should be flatter and wider if I remember right.. Those have to be unfinished, they aren't even radiused on the outside diameter.. For that much money I'd expect a slightly more confidence inspiring part.. Shit for that much money I'd call up a few places in england and get them to make one, there are a few places that do CTR/ITR racing cranks..
Actually, for 36k, you could throw a lot of money into putting a much cheaper engine into your honda.. $36k goes a long way toward a totally custom installation with front subframe, engine cradle, driveline, etc.. You could fab up everything to drop a RB or 2JZ in there and have a RWD Honda drifter, and mod the hell out of the engine too..
