reading is fundamental. sparco driver seat, no others. stock radio, sparco steering wheel.

I knew the seats weren't stock. If I was gonna strip the interior to run at the track I'd be removing everything...including the rear panels/seat belt assemblies. Also, in the pics, they had both seats (driver and passenger), but I don't know what sparcos those are because they're definetly not oem vw...or oem recaros.

look into new german performance. Thats where I got mine from, but I didn't see it at their page from a quick glance. My car did 180hp and 190ft/lbs on abacus' dyno with just the Samco TIH. That was with the stock filter/blanket.
