Default Fail inspection w/ nitrous?

Just curious, will you fail inspection with nitrous? Lol I got a ticket for expired inspection sticker and got my nitrous kit put on shortly after my car was inspected last time around. If they're supposed to fail you for nitrous then I'll have to try and go somewhere where the guys working might not care or whatever.

btw I searched, but know the law has changed in the last year regarding nitrous so I just wanted to make sure that they still can't fail you for it.

Have the tank closed and everything shut off. Shouldnt be a problem. They dont need to pop the trunk for any SI purposes, just make sure all your lights work so they have no reason to pop the trunk.

The new law is that it can't be connected while driving on a public road, so just to be safe I think you should take your bottle out or at least disconnect it.
