f20c into civic?

is there anyway to swap a f20c into a civic. or is the f20c pretty much the same as k20 just put in a different way?

Prototype Racing was doing some sort of kit to mate the F20C to k-series transmissions. I'm not sure if they abandoned it or what.

would it be possible to swap the engine trany rear and anything else needed from s2k to civic. if so itd be pretty badass.
