you pay court fees whether you prepay or not..if you look on the cost sheet if they gave you one when pulled over it has the price of the ticket then at the bottom is a line that says court fees and then the price for that..you ALWAYS pay court fees

if you prepay, they're going to tack on the processing fee.

go look up your case and see how much it'll run you.

where's u get pulled over at?? depends on the court system (JAmes city county SUCKS MAD FREAKN AS$!!)
also did u install the exhaust, or did it come with the car?? either way u can play dumb and tell the judge that u have no idea what the rules and reg's are. if it came with the car u can argue that when purchased it was considered a stock item on the car and not noted by the insurance company as an aftermarket item (curtisy of allstate). I won 4 cases that way! Im not saying it will work for u im just sayn that u got some options. either pay or fight, but u gotta do something. no point just sittn on ur a#@.

I know if Stafford and Fredericksburg theres no use tryin to fight an exhaust ticket. Cops around here tell you that they are crackin down on exhaust noise and what not. I got a wreckless driving ticket about two months ago because the cop said he could tell by tha sound of my car that i was spinning tires. I went to court with a witness who was standing there( my manager, this happened while i was working) and the judge just said that i should either get a new car because this was my 4th exhaust ticket or take it off. So i paid tha bullshit wreckless ticket and now have stock exhaust back on. Cops pass by now and dont even look at me. Take tha muffler off. Get a ITR or some high flow stock rear section.
