Exhaust Pipe
I don't own one but I do have access to a manual bender. And yeah I was thinking bout going to a muffler shop to see what they have. Summit Racing has it for 12 dollars for a 4 ft. section. Then i have to pay the shipping cost so ill see what some shops around my area will sell it for first.
Why not just buy a cheap mandrel bent exhaust that is already made for your car? The price difference won't be much, and it will work better than some crush bent setup that you made with a regular (not mandrel) tubing bender. If you still want to make your own, buy mandrel bent J or angle sections from someplace and weld it together. Hand bending tubing isn't the way to go if you're looking to get power, it's too restrictive because it makes the tubing diameter smaller through the bend. Mandrel bending inherently doesn't have that problem.
Sell your car and that ugly front bumper in your picture.
but if you MUST make an exhaust for it..
1> Use mandrel bends, if your bender is not mandrel, measure the exhaust and buy pre-bent.
2> Buy the rest of the stuff (hangers, etc).. spend alot of time welding
3> Sit back, look at your exhaust and realize a pre-built one would probably cost just about the same.
