ok so my friends engine in his accord blows, he orders a new1 off of eBay (bad idea). he ordered a k12 for a total of like 600$ i think . so when it arrives (in NC he had to go get it), the crate looked a little big and said Ford on it. so when he opened it it was a Triton V8 crate engine, i thought it was funny as hell and told him to sell it and buy a k20, but hes gonna sell it and try again to see if he gets another V8.

And i also wanted to what u could sell the engine for?

 

why was he ordering a k12??

1. Wtf is a k12?
2. K series are triton V8s are gonna cost alot more then $600
3. Put the fucking V8 in that accord

 

K24 and K20 are in the Honda's I believe the K24 is the one in the latest Accord.

K12 I have never heard of your friend sucks at reading

 

probably at first he was looking at a "B21" and that doesn't exist
and not really sure if that'll fit into his bay

isn't the k12 the accord v6? don't remember off hand. sell that v8, its the f150 motor right? (NOT A FORD GUY...)

K24 is in the TSX which in Japan is the Accord and even comes in a station wagon variant. The US Accord is called in inspire over there and comes with a k24 also I believe, being that its a 2.4l 4cyl iV-TEC or a 3.0l V-TEC v6.
