Default energy suspension bushing kits.

My car has about 190,000 on the chasis/body, and has been lowered a good part of its life im guessing (i bought it with coilovers and it lowered and guy he bought it from used it as a project car so im guessing it was lowered then too.). That being said im sure the bushings and everything could probably stand to be replaced. Im just curious if anyone has had experience with the HyperFlex Master Kits and if you have, maybe post what you thought about them and if the made a difference with little creaks and what not in the suspension. thanks in advance

The consensus with Accord guys at least is the ball joint ones are worthless and to ignore them. Everything else though gets a thumbs up.

It can take awhile to install everything and a press helps. Some people torch out the rubber and beat the metal out for some of the bushings and then just a press to put the new one in.

but...from what ive heard, it basically just tightens up the whole suspension. Like, its not going to seem like a big difference, it'll just feel tighter. And it will definately get rid of the squeekiness of the old bushings.

Among the ITR guys, we go for different kits.

Hard rubber > polyurethane.

any advice as to which brands, kits, etc....?

i just know the energy complete kit is like 150 and some change shipped and pretty much comes with every bushing underneath the car.
