Having a group funded and built car is a bad, bad idea.
The only way there would be a dragVA project car is if one of the mods or admins make their own project car and use the resources available on dragVA to help the buildup, then fully document the progress for dragVA, and bring it out to show under the name of dragVA. In other words, it ain't happening.
Other than that, too many cooks spoil the stew man. There would be all sorts of legal ugliness involved with having everyone's money thrown into some general thing.
Besides, some of us just don't trust some of you.
