if people really want to do this, i wouldnt have a problem setting it up. im sure we could create a sticky and everyones names would be listed, so there would be no way for me to steal the money. and i could have other boards members around when someones name is (pulled out of a box?). i think this would be cool and it would be a hell of a way to make some quick cash if ur lucky. so for anyone really interested please post that you would be and i will start to edit my orignal post.

This can't be done. Not here at least. There are too many legal ramifications associated with openly gambling that quite honestly, we just don't want to be involved with.
If you guys want to run a lottery, do it on your own time. Just keep dragva completely unassociated with it.
