Ill tell you what. Im not a cop. Im in the Navy. I have a car that I put money into just like the rest of you. I dont have a "crew" but I know the right people. I know of no one down here into the scene.

the cool place to hang out is south norfolk or downtown newport news, only thing is you have to go really late at night
