Ive got a MR2 running 9s and a show Celica.

 

Hit the "N" button at peak rpm's (about 7500-8,000) all the way to perfect redlining which is about 9,500 rpms, shift as fast as possible or you'll blow your motor. Stack up on nitrous refills. Make sure to select next cars in which you are racing. The first civic you can only wager 1600 with. If you can get up to the McLaren it's 68,000. For money with my McLaren I would just wager pink slips saving right beforehand plus 68,000 then race. If I lost i'd restart. If I won i'd sell the new McLaren for 120,000 + 68,000. Good way to make fast cash.

Only Nitrous through the first 3 gears until you get the hang of it or you'll blow motors. I can use nitrous through peak rpm's in every gear now to obtain .1-.5 of a second from perfect timing.

I've beaten the game :\ took me like 4 or 5 hours with no help. Really really bored :\
