+1 I would say that a lot of people on here go to shops to get there work done. A select few diy anymore. I do most of my own work with my friends. (Except spraying paint and tuning)
A.) Because if shit goes wrong its my fault, and I can't be mad at anyone but myself.
B.) Because that saves me money for more parts.
C.) I learn and know more about my vehicle and puts me more in tune with it. Not to mention the satisfaction of seeing and knowing how far we have come with the vehicle.
I am going to post in eye candy when I get the car back from the paint booth, its almost finished. Then all I have is to finish up the interior.
But in response to the o.p. Honda-tech and hondaswap.com are some of the most comprehensive sites I've come across for technical information on Hondas.
Hondaswap being #1 for d.I.y. Imo. They have everything for just about every swap make and model. I mean from general maintence to swaps, to wire tucks.
But as far as other tech sites for other makes google works well.

Eye candy is where you show off started/completed projects. There is no DIY because, like said above, this is not a vehicle specific forum. This forum is specifically for picking on illiterate individuals and making statements which incite rage among either import or domestic owners.
