I agree. If something looks nice to some people they will give a complement but then next thing you know someone with different taste will not give a complement and call that person a ricer. So rice is any modification that has been done to a car that a particular INDIVIDUAL believes to be ugly/stupid/tacky. Majority of the people can agree if a modification is ugly/stupid/tacky or not. So if your rimz and body kit makes ur car look "undeniably" better than it shouldn't be consider rice. But there are people who just simply think the concept of rims and/or body kit is rice. So it's a lose lose situation, you can't please everyone. Therefore one will be ricer no matter wat in someone's opinion.
