Fucking RIDICULOUS. And the DA isn't even treating it as a criminal case. They say it's a civil case and should be resolved in civil court. If it was the other way around, they would be charging the individual with grand larceny and grand theft auto, two felony charges, yet that's exactly what the dealership did.
