cutting springs
If you seriously want to do something with your suspension, get a decent strut/spring combo and you'll absolutely love it.
When you cut your springs, you change your spring rate to some insanely high spring rate. Hence why you can always tell who has cut springs because they don't roll down't the road, they bounce down the road. And the cut springs don't help your performance.

Ghetto. Spend the $150-200 and get some decent springs. Better yet, get some shocks to go with them.
One of the big reasons that people bounce down the road is not because of the actual spring rate but because you're cutting off the mismatched part of the spring. Cars porpoise like crazy if the spring rates in the front and rear are too similar, and you're cutting off the initial part of the spring, which is mismatched for a reason.
