When you say 'cruising' do you mean that all 300 cars go and drive somewhere or do they just meet up somewhere and hangout? Because during the summer, me and my friends cruise (drive around) all of the time and there are also places around here where we hangout.
I have the 'No Cruising Sign' on my computer at home, when I get off of work, I'll throw it up here.
Edit: Found this.
I don't really know if it is as much as a problem now as it was about four to five years ago. I remember that MTV did a 'TrueLife' episode on it about cruising in Virginia Beach. And these sign are only around the 'strip' (The road right next to the ocean) so it's not like you will get pulled over for cruising just anywhere.
