What's with Norfolk PD letting a pack of 20 -30 bikes line up and cruise Granby St in a pack, loitering, making lewd comments at every woman that walks by, but if 3 modified cars were lined up and parked everyone would get an illegal exhaust ticket from a bitch ass cop riding a segway?

If it was a one time thing I could understand it, but I work on Granby St and since summer started it's like a fucking hip hop video outside every weekend from 11pm til 2am. No where to park, crowded side walks with shadey looking cats, and the language... I can barely tell if they're speaking english.

ayight muh mmmm out.

Guess we'll just wait til someone gets shot outside Granby Theater again to take care of the loitering.
