Default Creative ways to blow a motor

I was on my way to Richmond yesterday to get some new shoes and decided to stop and check my tire pressures. When I get out of my car, all I hear is "clunk clunk clunk clunk."

So I think maybe it's my engine-lid prop rod. It has fallen off before and clunked around but this time it's nowhere to be found. I pull it onto the lift at work and get under it; still clunking. Seems i have broken a rod. I limped it home where it sits now. Running it for a year with burnt up valves and no 3rd cylinder compression probably didn't help.

So to make the best out of a bad situation, I'm thinking of blowing it up in a glorious, smoke-filled, videotaped display. I need ideas.

I was thinking I could do it at the Cloverleaf drift event, but it'd probably be too much smoke/oil/metal. I was gonna pin it against a light pole and let er rip.

just put down a 6x4 sheet of plywood and park it over it. then you can do it at that event. just gotta clean up whatever drips off. not a huge deal. =]

my motor is on its last leg too, making a bunch of fucking racket and its about as fast as a civic ex now. hehe
