Default At a classic car show with dad, Found cheap slicks need input

I am at a classic car show and there is a guy selling slicks, $20 for a pair, lots of meat left on them. Are any worth getting? What can I mount the slicks on? vx rim or any CHEAP rim?

sizes he has:
22.5x7.5x13
22.5x8.0x13
21x9x13

Thanks

You need atleast a 15" rim to clear the ex/si calipers, I couldn't fit HX or DX 14"s on my civic.
