i need a cheapp paint job and maybe some sanding and shit like that ..i dont want anything special just a basic spray i was wondering if any of u know of a good shop in va beach that is cheap or if any of u do work personally that can hook me up for a good price

What ever you do,,, do not go to Maaco,,, they suck major ass. I had one of my cars done there and after about 3-4 weeks the shit was peeling and a bunch of other bs was going on.
