if your threading is stripped, you can get replacement plugs at advance or pep boys. They have some that have rubber on them, as you tighten them the rubber expands. |

Like said before either a special socket or if you haven't tried already... Try usin a 12pt socket. And Breaker Bars FTMFW!!!!!!!!!!!!!
