Hello all. I have a friend with a custom made stainless steel 3" turbo back exhaust that was made without a cat.

Besides that, the car is up to legal standards. Does anyone know of a shop that would not frown upon and fail his car.

I dont expect anyone to tell me the shop on the boards but if you could PM me i would appreicate it and pass the info onto my friend.

I have a 2.5" pipe going through a cat on my dsm. Same person that did it, inspects my cars.

Get ur head out of ur ass. I'm not tryign to solicit an illegal inspection. He doesnt want a pshop or a copy of an inspection sticker. He wants to get a certified insoection with lil pink recipt to show that it has been done.

I know there are shops that will look past certain items as long as its not presenting a danger to the driver or others on the road.
Not to nit-pick but dark window tint is illegal and so is an "altered suspension" by shops look past that.

I'm not a cop, ONEFLYAZN, accordin2me and citium can all vouch because the have met me. I just want a lil help thats all.
