I about flipped when I read this... pretty funny, never knew it was a GTO in the first one. Wonder if they did the same in the new one coming out.

Ya you can even see the interior in some shots, definitely a GTO.
The new camaro and the GTO's are made on the zeta platform, just a matter of swapping out some wheels and body panels.
Edit: says they swapped out the int. but I coulda sworn in a few shots its the gto int.
