Default brake pads?!

can anyone suggest some decent brake pads? the ones i use now are pretty bad... i've been in the shop 2 times in the past 6 months.

What are you using them for? I use hawk HP+ or Blues for track/street(kind of), but they are pretty damn loud and squeaky. If your daily driving, I would get something more ....quiet

lol and little expensive for hawk hp+.. 120 bucks for front pads for my car lol.

Maybe 120 on some fanboy shops... If you shop around you can find HP+ at roughly 80-90 a set. Gotta pay the cost to be the boss. And like I said, the OP did not state his needs for pads.

I can get you quality pads for a daily driver/ spirited driving for a decent deal. Either centric or akebono. They are great pads I work at the warehouse that distributes these brands locally and I swear by them they will not let you down at all. If anyone else needs any great pads be it semi metallic or ceramic pm me I can get you top notch stuff for advanced prices.

p.s. rotors as well.

I got a set of Hawk pads (HPS) comin in the mail. You could always try EBC but I heard the green stuff stucks. Akebono are good as well.

HPS haven't impressed me much.. make the 10-20 dollar step up and get the HP+

It depends what he is using them for, it wasn't specified. HP+ are not meant for everyday normal driving, but everyones definition of normal driving is different so.....
