if its designed to work as the factory unit did, as an OE replacement it is legal...regardless if aftermarket or not. It doesnt really matter though for a Blow off valve. most of the general population/cops have no clue what it is/does. Ive never heard of a person failing inspection or being pulled because of their blow off valve.

Off topic for Mike (guy asking guestion about BOV): Look here for a install for that boost gauge man. You don't have to have that brass t-fitting. A little plastic tee will work.
