Default Bottom end rebuild

Hey, I have a 96 prelude and i'm looking to boost it. Before I do I want to rebuild the bottom end so I don't have to worry about damaging my motor. If anyone has any info on a good trustworthy engine shop in the Va Beach area I would appretiate it.
