I'm 100% in agreement w/ Flite's assessment... the car looks squished and chunky with big dumb headlights/eyes. The super hot chick who works at Checkered Flag as the web marketing manager drives a tan 125 vert... it's the perfect car for her and that's the type of person who needs to be driving one.
Don't get me wrong... the wheels etc. you did to yours really helped it out and I really enjoyed the color combo, but take all that and make it a 335 and it'd be much better.

Hmm, maybe you guys are right, maybe it is a chick car. But I'd drool after pretty much any chick who drove it, it's worth a +2 on the 10 scale.
Still though, a 3 series coupe is a douche car, and the 6 is for asian housewives. So we've come to a point where BMW, which made the 2002, the 3.0cs, the e24 6 series, and the 8 series, now makes no 2-door worth buying.

Good point... I do like the M6 though. But I were truly in the market for a BMW I'd get a new 5-series. But I never buy new cars so I'd probably go find a mint e39 M5 or search for a nice 840 or 850... then I'd find a good BMW mechanic and get friendly with him [cough]Tony[/cough]

and for the record, arguably the biggest douche cars in the universe are the best ones to drive. see e46 m3, c5 z06, s2k, b6/7 rs4, the list goes on. there's exceptions to every rule. why avoid an exceptional car just because jackasses with money read car reviews?

See but of all the cars you listed only one on there is an actualy douche car.... the e46 M3 and now the 335 has taken it's place. Go to a nice college campus and look at what all the rich frat boys parents have bought them.... the majority of the time it's a e46 or 335. RS4s are generally too expensive to be douche cars and Z06s andb S2Ks are sports cars that really don't attract the popped collar tool cool DB type.

Eh, I think we were just labeling cars. I don't see an S2K as a douche car even though many people who drive them are douches. Same goes for the C5 Z06 (actually, I had no idea this one had anything douchey about it). Something about the post-e36 M3s and the 3 coupes just gives off that vibe. Don't take it personally. It doesn't mean I think you're a douche, it's just kinda the vibe the car gives, just like driving a new Z4 won't make your penor fall off, but it is a girl car.
also, the term douche is relative. while popped collars would definitely signify the presence of douchebaggery, they are not necessarily a prerequisite.
