Blah, blah, blah another ticket question except this one is complicated(armed forces)
Ok I was coming home from work tonight and I decided to cut through (naval station norflok) mall dr. , and (I now know) last week they decided to change the speed limit to 25. Well I don't go through that area very much and it was late and I had just got off work and I knew before they changed it was 35mph, but anyhow I was doing 38mph. So I got pulled by what I would guess would be MP(Military Police) and got a 38 in a 25 zone. But any how my question is I am NOT military(never have been) and the ticket resembles something like a fucking parking ticket. He told me that it is pre-payable and I don't go to court and it don't even go on my driving record, but on the ticket it does not say when it is due by or hell even how to pay the damn thing or how much. It does have a addy for swells point police precinct but that is it. Can I get some help on how to pay this fucking thing or what I should do? Also a friend of mine told me that they are not suppose to give civilians tickets
but like I said, I am not military so I have no fucking clue.

I think all they can do is put points on you for driving on military installations (or restricting you from driving there), but nothing as far as anywhere else. I got two tickets from Navy cops and didn't go in to deal with them or anything, and I never heard anything more about it. You should call the number and ask these same questions, pretty sure they'll tell you what I just did.
Thanks for all of the help everyone
WUT?
