Cool Best turbo manifold

I curently have a drag log manifold on my turbo Dseries. I have been heaing that there is more power to be made out of tubular mais. What would be the best route to go with this as far as brands and models?

We need to know your setup.

A tubular manifold would be allmost pointless on a stock d16 w/ a t3.

From the research I've done on the turbo-d's.. Drag manifolds make good power on them.

The smaller log mani's are better for stock block d's. They spool the turbo's quicker but dont flow quite as good as tubular if you are really upping the boost. If you are staying under 15 pounds the drag mani is your best friend. A free flowing dp/exhaust and a good tune will make more power.

Log manifolds are pretty much bulletproof, and you'll never have to worry about cracking from the insane thermal stresses from an equal length tubular setup. There are better things to change with your engine setup if you want to chase power with a particular size turbo..

(no offense to the OP)

yeah if you arent going over 15psi...you dont need nothing else. a real tubular turo manifold will cost $600 - $800...lol..not worth it.
