Got my ls/vtec assembled by Tex Blackwell at B.R.E. in concord nc. It has 30k on the clock and not one hiccup yet. Reasonable price too

honestly, it depends where you're located. Assembling a B series isn't too tough. Its the machining and prep work that sets it off.

My preferences:
NOVA - Inline Pro
Richmond - Dan Driskoll
757 - Abacus Racing (757-363-8878)
- Accuracy Automotive (757-548-9227)
- Ramey Built (757-621-8641)
- RPRacing (757-575-2416)
North Carolina - BRE (Tex is a good guy and has a great shop)
- RLZ Engineering

assembling is much different than machining. machine shops have the CORRECT tools for machining. I wouldnt trust many machine shops with work. which ones are you thinking
