I got my complete b16 swap for $450. Mounts, tranny, motor, linkage, and all in a hatch already. Paid $1000 for the b16 hatch. My hatch was much cleaner, so I swap motors. Bottom end was blown, so I picked up a b16 short block for $150. Swapped everything out, and sold the shell, the sohc motor, and the blown short block for $700. But then again, I did all the work myself.
