buying a car. need to know the full history on it?
selling a car. want a print out for buyers?
need to run a VIN via CARFAX?

Seems like a potential scam somehow. I guess the most he could get would be $1.50 unless there is a way to get more from paypal...

If someone reports you or if Carfax finds out, they'll cancel your subscription and then "reserve the right to charge 19.99 per violation". I know this because one time I gave out my password for FREE instead of being a douche and tryin to charge people.
