Every..i mean EVERY one wants them...it seems like ever since ricers have seen drift movies and etc etc....they automatically want to get one..put a sr20det in it and try to drift every where on the road...i mean..its the same way with honda's everybody has one...I guess its just i have to have one to appreciate the power..

Firstly, I know many people who don't want one. I'd say a vast majority of the people around don't.

As far as ricers seeing movies and wanting to get the car, does that mean that civics and other hondas are "overrated" too?

 

the only thing 'gay' about 240s is the fact that their potential has finally been acknowledged and the inevitable trend that follows something when it reaches popularity. i've long since gotten over the fact that i was one of a very select few 7 years ago when i bought my car that even knew what the hell an sr20det was, and now not only do i still have a 240, but have upgraded as well. i actually find no small amount of comfort that i predicted this exact outcome so long ago... actually i wonder if i could find the post i made on clubsi.com about 4 years ago where i got flamed like the fucking 4th of july because i had the AUDACITY to say that a 240 had more potential than a civic, and once people realized it the 240 would replace the civic as the most popular import platform for performance.

Well i have come to the conclusion of....Every car can be over rated..its what you think about the car..not what you want other people to think...its just the fact of actually having the car and appreciating it
