anyone getting exhaust tickets anymore?
I herd a rumor, that Virginia stopped giving out exhaust Tickets for being to loud. This true?

forealz. maybe its a virginia beach thing? maybe its bullshit?
when you saw my pulled in that blue evo x, he got a tint ticket, but no exhaust ticket. which i thought was odd, and possibly went with my theory.

i was told that the police now go by what the exhaust looks like instead of the sound.
