Exclamation Any suggestion on sr20det

Whats the best summer oil for these things Weight wise

I would like to use Royal Purple if possible

I think motor has between 40k-59k Miles

and another thing

is there any place around here that would carry the oil filter

i've tried bap geon , advanced and autozone

all negative

Check with your local nissan dealer, and see if they can get you one. the filter from a FWD SR20 may work, but I'm not sure though.

The sentra SE-R is the same filter, you can get it at any auto parts store. I went through the same thing. I can't help you on the oil though , but I'll be whatching so I can find out for myself.

With that kind of mileage, I'd use the factory recommended weight in a quality lubricant like Mobil1 or Royal Purple.
