zero cool: any damage to the engine due to the blown head gasket? Warped head? Do you have pics? I'd be interested if all it needs is a head gasket and some TLC.

Corey , you know anyone with any used 1.8t parts they are trying to get rid of localy ???? Tight budget but i need to do something to tha whipper snapper. Maybe a exhaust or something .....

damn. I just sold my Samco inlet, Forge 007p dv and dog bone. I'll ask some friends though. Do you have an intake yet? If not, I'll post a link later that'll show ya how to make one that flows better than the cai you can buy.

some might think its ghetto, but it's proven to work. I had a similar setup on my car. I used a K&N filter though, not ITG.

I drive a 1.8 8v daily beater black Scirocco. I also have a near mint 16v Tornado red rocco that is almost completed(building a 2.0 16v). I race out at Langley on Weds. nights in the black one. We usually have a few VW out there! so come on out!
