tonight me and a few friends got caught racing and followed by an off duty officer, he followed us into the parking lot and called cops. we all got wrecklace driving tickets, even the guy who wasnt racing...i was wondering if i can get out of it if he has no proof of us doing it...and he told me he should whip me out of my car and beat the shit out of me after i told him i was only 17 he laughed and said it, can he get in trouble for that if i mention it in court??

yea really and im only 17. my boy said the cop will probably call cuz he has my house number now. any idea if the off duty officer can get into anything for saying that to me, isnt it harrasment or something, if i get in trouble i at least want him to have some shit for that i mean shit it really wasnt a race we just took off from about 45

your not "fucked". when i went to court (i was lucky enof to be last) there were plenty of people with reckless tickets for all kinds of shit, you will have to take driving school,50 or more hours of community service, your license may be resticted/suspended from 6 months to a year, and mabe even have to do 30-50 school bus trips. then after all that it may be reduced to speeding or something. just dress nice, be polite, act sorry/sad, and get a lawer.
