BTW I use to own a CBR 600 and althought there is nothing else like it in the world...almost as good as sex...people nowadays, both cars AND bikes drive like morons.

bike as long as your comfortable on one. I agree it sucks during winter but a lot of times Virginia is pretty lucky "except Nova" and experience a lot of warm days in the dead of winter.

You should be biased against cars. They aren't the safest mode of transportation either...

If you can afford a bike and insurance and the civic you own currently runs well, I'd say get the bike. Do some research first on things like insurance cost, taxes and such.
