Not trying to start an argument, but that can go for anyone on the road, hit any pothole in any car and everyone has the same likely hood of blowing a tire. Sure people who stretch tires have more of a chance, but that's not what I started this thread for. Simply asking where a lowered car can get an alignment and I received my answer.

Get something to correct bumpsteer and also camber. Getting an alignment doesn't address the fact that you've fucked your suspension geometry.

How did you shred a tire, were you running on something cheap and bald?
