Where you put the oil in. Open the hood, It will have a wonderfully marked little cap that says, "Oil"

is the smoke coming from the exhaust?

Well this is what you do, open the oil cap, if smoke is being pumped out, then its blow by. Your piston rings are probably shot. You doing any racing/ high revs on the motor?

Rings, most likely. Valve Stem seals usually cause it to smoke a lot on startup but the smoke will subside. Replacing the 'block' is much easier said than done. The 'block' is the entire engine pretty much. To replace the block, you have to do everything you would to replace the entire engine as itself then more. Let me know if you're looking to get it fixed.
