Password JDM's composites facility turns out some very nice parts, and they use the same materials and methods as Spoon does (or whoever makes the Spoon composites parts). You just pay a lot more for Spoon because of the name. Really there isn't any reason to choose one over the other though in terms of quality, and I don't see either as being "more top notch" than the other.
